Both-way level shift work bench is connected with down beam, the main cylinder is plunger type, taking column as guidance, the lift cylinder drives moving beam moving between the top and bottom beam.

Second, the working cylinder is made up of three hydraulic cylinders, the automatic pressure can be removed in the working. When upset the forgings, the first level pressure can’t press, the pressure can rise secondary pressure, the secondary pressure can’t press, it can rise the highest pressure 315.5Mpa, which is to say, first the pressure is from two side cylinder, then the middle cylinder, finally the three cylinders give the pressure.

Third, the forging hydraulic press transfer the energy by the hydraulic oil, this structure can achieve large acting force and enough stroke. We can get the biggest rated pressure in anywhere in the stroke. It can protect the pressure for a long time, it’s easy to get the overload protection. The application of force of forging hydraulic press is stable and even, the action is moderated, so it can press the high quality forgings.

Fourth, the give-signal of the hydraulic system has stroke give-signal and pressure give-signal, also say order-stroke pressing and order-pressure pressing. The order-stroke pressing gives signal by coder, the order-pressure pressing gives signal by pressure relay, so it can meet various requirements.

Fifth, the hydraulic system has multistage overload protection, oil temperature alarming, oil level alarming etc automatic alarming equipment. The electrical system adopts PLC controlling, it can insure the safe of equipment and the operator.

Sixth, when press the working cylinder, we offer oil liquid according to mass flow prefill valve and drop tank, it can oil charge, oil enrich and oil return rapidly, which saves the time of forging assistant and enhances the production efficiency.
