1. To compare that model forging is to shape through complete pressure to the whole parts, rolled ring is to press to shape continuously to part of roughcast by turning module. For rolled ring, the contacted area between tolls and parts is small. And the force of distortion is small also. So we can choose small tonnage equipment to manufacture large cycle parts and enlarge shaping the capacity of cycle parts.
2. The utilization rate of material is high: To compare with model forging, to make roughcast for rolled ring, it only need to punch a small hole. Small connection, no waste-edge and pitch for module forging and similar size with products, to reduce the processing time and save material.
3. Super quality: The distortion of rolled ring is dwindled radially and extended around. The metal fibers arrange continuously following the cycle. It can match with the force of using and abrasion of cycle parts. So it has high intensity and wear ability and super quality.
4. Better working condition: To compare with normal forging, when rolled ring, no impact, no vibration and noiseless. The working condition has improved. And it is easy to realize mechanization and automatization.
5. High efficiency: To compare with normal reamer, when reaming, rolled ring is faster and can improve the efficiency largely.
