T31 series Forging manipulator include: moving ahead type, rotary type, moving around type etc many moving types. Whole hydraulic press and mechanism-hydraulic mixed type, whole mechanism type and etc many driving types, to satisfy different requirements from customers.
Forging manipulators can finish five kinds of motions: the vehicle walks freely on the tram road, the frame of clamp can move ahead and back, lift and drop, incline, turn around. The head of clamp can clamp, loose, rotate. The whole manipulator adopts whole frame structure, drive by motors and making wheels move freely; the link rod drive by oil cylinder or motor or steel wire wheel makes clamp lift and drop and incline smoothly; the mouth of clamp fastens and looses completed by pulling rod drive by oil cylinder; the hollow axis makes the head of clamp rotate which is drive by hydraulic motors; the whole frame turns around which is drive by hydraulic motor; the frame of clamp is equipped with level and vertical buffers. The speed of rotating part is controlled by hydraulic oil, and the rotating part is also with equipment to prevent surcharges.

The product consists of pumping station, rivet clamp, sling, high pressure hose, balancer, tackle, slide rail, working oil cylinder, accessories and so on. The layout and installation is set up according to requirements of product line.
